  • Order Confirmation: Once we receive your advance payment, we will send you an order confirmation email containing your unique order code.

  • Image Submission: Please ensure you send the desired image for your necklace to our WhatsApp number within the specified timeframe. Order cancellation may occur if you don’t comply with this.

3. Payment

  • Advance Payment: As mentioned above, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

  • Cash on Delivery: The remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.

4. Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 3-4 weeks for your customized order to be delivered. This timeline may vary depending on factors such as order volume and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping: We will notify you of the shipping method and estimated delivery date once your order has been processed.
